Independent lawyer for over thirty years with law firms in several Italian and European cities. Vincenzo Giglio deals mainly with civil law with a special focus on international, corporate and family law as well as debt collection.

 

As a legal consultant to Chinese institutions, he has participated several times as a speaker at conferences organized by Asian universities.

He is an active member of E-Lawyer Global Union Project together with prominent Chinese law firms.

 

Independent attorney of I.N.A.I.L. (National Institute for Insurance Against Accidents at Work), he has been a member of the National Register of Trusted Professionals of the same Institute since 1991.

Lecturer and advisor for professional training courses sponsored by the region of Calabria and Lombardy with a focus on legal disciplines, notably labour, social security, and trade union law, Law 626/94.

 

For several years he directed the Research and Studies Office for active labour market policies, focusing on issues related to community service and public utility employees,  as well as vocational training projects financed with resources from the European Union, the UGL -  (General Labour Union) - and the Regional Secretariat of Calabria. 

 

Responsible for the professional training activities of the National Vocational Education Association for the Region of Calabria from 2000 to 2005.

 

Consultant for the Provincial Administration of Reggio Calabria as well as the community-twinning project "Twin Tower" with Polish Provincial Administrations, a project approved and funded by the European Union.

 

As Consultant to the Region of Calabria, he has also acted as Coordinator of a group of experts monitoring and assessing professional training courses P.O.R. Calabria 2000-2006 and Coordinator of the Special Committee for the preparation of the procedures required for the transfer of functions and responsibilities from the Region to other Local Authorities - Law 34/2002 "c.d. devolution " -.
